MISSION, VISION AND PURPOSE

MISSION:  The MZP Foundation exists to enrich lives and strengthen communities by expanding access to music, theater, and the performing arts. Through educational programs, live performances, and collaborative community partnerships, the Foundation creates meaningful opportunities for children, youth, veterans, older adults, and other underserved populations to learn, perform, grow, and connect while preserving our musical heritage for future generations.

VISION:  The MZP Foundation envisions building lasting partnerships with community, civic, educational, and governmental organizations to expand opportunities for live performance, strengthen community engagement, honor our veterans, and contribute to Mansfield's cultural vitality.  The Foundation does not seek to persuade the City of Mansfield to adopt its vision. Rather, it seeks to become a trusted partner in helping the City realize its own vision through music, the performing arts, community service, and cultural engagement.

PURPOSE:  "Serving the underserved in the smaller communities through music, education, and the performing arts."
